CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was founded by Dr. John Upledger and is a gentle approach to enhance the proper function of the entire body, organs, vascular, lymphatic, respiratory, immune, endocrine and nervous systems. Its main functions rests in the production, re-absorption and containment of the cerebral spinal fluid running from the cranium through the spinal cord. With light touch and gentle pressure, the body is assisted to release fascial restrictions that can cause muscle and joint pain, improve range of motion and patterns of physical and/or emotional pain from accidents, surgery, illness, childhood trauma, including birth and womb trauma, and much more.
CST is a light touch therapy on a fully-clothed body.
While the benefits of Craniosacral therapy are vast and numerous, it is not for everyone. Patients with the following should NOT receive CST:
Increased intracranial pressure
Acute stroke
Aneurysm
Hemorrhage
CSF leak
Spina bifida
Arnold Chiari Malformation
Skull fracture

A CranioSacral Therapy session runs 45 minutes to an hour. It can be used alone or integrated with other therapies to create powerful effects.
What you experience from your own session is highly individual. The sessions are generally deeply relaxing, creating feelings of warmth or gentle pulsing in the areas the therapist is working on.
Reiki was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui and is a Japanese word describing the universal life energy all around us and within us; both the cosmic, universal aspect of this and the fundamental life force flowing and pulsating in all living things. Reiki is a natural and simple healing method that vitalizes your life force and balances the energies in your body. It connects us to the universal life force; the energy and unconditional love.
Reiki helps healing of all kinds and relieves pains and acute symptoms quickly. Reiki strengthens and harmonizes the immune system and helps you to become more aware of your inner processes, both emotionally and mentally. Reiki supports you in your spiritual growth for greater consciousness, intuition, and self-awareness.
A Reiki treatment consists of a sequence of hand placement on a fully-clothed body. Your practitioner’s hands rest for several minutes at designated positions on your head, upper chest, abdomen and back, and also specific areas in need.
A reiki Session runs 45 minutes to an hour. Reiki supports and complements other medical and natural healing techniques. It is uniquely different with each use, as the recipient absorbs the Reiki energy according to need.
...SHAMANS WORK WITH SPIRIT
Shamanic Energy Medicine is the medicine of the Q'ero Inka Shamans. Shamanic healing has been in practice for over 50,000 years. The Shamans' work heals with spirit and light. There are four techniques used in these traditions. During a shamanic session you may experience an illumination, an Extraction, or a Soul Retrieval.
At the core of he shamanic energy healing is the illumination process which helps achieve healing in three ways. First, it burns up the sludge and deposits adhering to the walls of a chakra, promoting longevity and strengthening the immune response. Second, it combusts the toxic energy around harmful physical and emotional imprints. Third, it scours clean the imprints in the Luminous Energy Field (LEF). When these imprints are erased, it is possible to change negative emotions and behaviors. The power of the immune system is unleashed, and physical healing is accelerated. Every imprint in the LEF is linked to a chakra through which it releases toxic data into the central nervous system. The illumination heals both physical and physiological conditions, overwriting the imprint with pure light.
Next is the extraction process. The extraction process removes crystalized energies and fluid energies or entities freeing up the flow of light and energy, altering the energetic blueprint and promoting optimal health on the levels of body, emotions, and soul.
In the Inka shamanic traditions there are no "bad" energies. There are only energies that are "light," and so support life, and energies that are "heavy," which cannot be digested. The illumination process transforms heavy energies into light, turning emotional wounds into sources of power and knowledge. Only one healing issue and one chakra should be worked on during an illumination session.
The third technique is soul retrieval. Our practitioners will help you access a lost soul part which became unavailable to you at a time of extreme challenges, pain, trauma or stress in your life. We will help you re-write disempowering contracts with life and help you reclaim and embody your life's essence in your experience, helping you to step into a life of grace and abundance.
The fourth technique in shamanic energy medicine is the Great Death Rites where we assist loved ones in their final journey home. There are ways to assist loved ones who may have died in a place of being over-medicated, unconscious, or not ready to die, including individuals who may have been in extreme emotional pain or have committed suicide. These circumstances require advanced Shamanic techniques known as the Surrogate Death Rites. Please contact us to engage in a private session to assist these loved ones.
BLESS THIS SPACE
The ritual of Space Blessing helps to harmonize a space, lifting heaviness and energizing it with love and light. We work with powerful intentions, prayer, and plant medicine. We bless and cleanse with many plants including palo santo, cedar, sage, rosemary and lavender. We cleanse with spirit water made of sacred plants. Each plant is unique and carries different properties for healing.
ANIMAL DISTANCE HEALING
Animal Distance Healing is a safe, effective complementary therapy. Sessions usually consist of Reiki and Chakra Balancing if needed. We hold space and final rights for pets who are transitioning.
SESSIONS
Costs per session are $45 - $65 with Space Clearings starting at $250. All payments are due in full at time of service. An additional $25 travel fee will be added for home/office visits (we do not travel outside the Albuquerque metro area). New Mexico gross receipts tax of 7.63% will be added to all self-pay fees. Distance sessions are available.
Sessions are through scheduled appointments only and typically run 45 minutes to 1 hour with the first 15 minutes designated to consultation. Either practitioner or client may cancel during the first 15 minutes and your payment will be refunded with exception to the $25 travel fee if applicable. Sessions are not designed to respond to crises or urgent situations.

All sessions include the initial consultation, treatment, and follow-up via phone or email. Only one reschedule is allowed given a 24 hour notice otherwise fees are 100% of monies paid. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, zelle, venmo or cash app. Applicable service fees will apply.
