I was born with the natural ability to see energy. I follow a long lineage of indigenous and traditional healers, curanderos, and shamans, including my mother who has a private practice in southwestern New Mexico.

I have taught and mentored students of the medicine work. I am the author of Our Rainbow Body.
I have learned from Dr. Alberto Villoldo who carries the medicine of the Laika; from the lineage carriers of the Usui System of Natural Healing including Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chuchiro Hayashi, Mrs. Hawayo Takata, Elizabeth Vasala, and Virginia Nanez; and from the teachings of Dr. Upledger.
I am a retired educator and an operations manager.
