Our sun has always been seen as a powerful symbol of wisdom which serves as a reminder of our equality and interconnectedness. It is our belief that here, through Sunwise, we can reach out like the countless rays of the sun to create and contemplate, to ponder and play, and to love and laugh. Perhaps through our many offerings you will find something that stirs your soul or speaks to your heart or tugs at your funny bone. Our goal is to plant a few seeds of caring and wisdom by sharing a variety of courses, life experiences, and multiple adventures with you.

This activity guide was created to teach your child to engage in the exploration of their energetic body in a way that is simplified without losing its sacredness. The information, instructional activities, and experiences presented in this book are inter-active. They present the opportunity to explore and learn about their own energetic body system in a fun and playful manner.
Your child will learn to make the connection between the physical body and the energetic body by becoming familiar with their seven Chakras. The activities in each section serve as a platform to introduce and reinforce this interconnectedness which affects their relationship to all things, including their exterior environments. They are designed to promote a child's own well-being in addition to their conscious and unconscious relationship with the world they live in. As you flow through the exercises, your child's concept of their Rainbow Body becomes apparent and understandable and facilitates a transformation of their being. I encourage you to have fun alongside your child as you explore and engage in these activities.
